School / Organisation Package Explained
Sounds-Write has announced the new School / Organisation Package to operate from October 2023 that can provide several free options.

To qualify for free options, you must pay for five staff to undertake the practitioner's Sounds-Write linguistic phonics program over two years.
If during the 2-year period you train and pay for 5 staff on the practitioner's course, the school / organisation qualifies to have a number of training and resources options free (that are listed below), and are normally charged at the costs shown below.
Registration is free and should be done when signing up new staff for training. You are not under any obligation when signing up, only if you take options prior to qualifying.
You may choose to take one or more free options (such as a Leader's Course) before you have trained and paid for 5 staff, however, if during the 2 years you do not pay for 5 staff you will be liable to pay for the number of staff not trained.
School / Organisation Package - Terms and Conditions
Please note, that when you choose to sign onto this package, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
You acknowledge and agree that by signing up to the Schools/Organisation Package you commit to submitting five (5) members of your organisation’s staff to complete the Sounds-Write Practitioners training course ("Sounds-Write Training") over a two (2) year period and, using your best endeavours to ensure that each member of staff completes such Sounds-Write Training.
The two (2) year period shall commence on the date that the first trainee attends the Sounds-Write Training (“Training Window”).
In the event that five (5) members of staff do not undertake the Sounds-Write Training within the Training Window, you will be liable to Sounds-Write for the per head training fee payable for each member of staff not trained, calculated in accordance with Sounds-Write then-current prices.

QUALIFICATION: This is the course which must be taken by 5 staff over 2 years to qualify for the free options.
Sounds-Write Practitioners’ Training: (Cost: $1089 pp incl GST - NB: not a free part of the school package)
Our flagship, 6 week, on-line course, provides you with the training you need to start your Sounds-Write journey. We offer it on-line and in Western Australia, we also run 4 day face-to-face courses.

Free: Lifetime access to the Sounds-Write Practitioners’ Portal
The Sounds-Write Practitioners’ Portal is the go-to place for classroom activities, interactive resources, word lists, videos and CPD. We’re providing free lifetime access to our portal when you train with us.
PACKAGE OPTIONS
FOR ALL STAFF TRAINED
Free places on Sounds-Write Revisited (Normal cost $192.50 pp incl GST- if not part of the school package)
The Sounds-Write revisited course is an online refresher course for practitioners who have already trained in Sounds-Write, used the program for 12 months and want an opportunity to review their training. Schools that sign up for the package will be able to have all their Sounds-Write trained staff attend the free Revisited, regardless of when their training was. Those training now and in the future will get an invitation to join the course a year after they train.

1 Free place on the Sounds-Write Practitioners’ Training for headteacher (Normal cost $1089 pp incl GST- if not part of the school package). We believe it’s essential that the school leadership team understand the programme, so we offer free training for headteachers.
1 PER SCHOOL
Free Leader's place on Sound-Write’s Masterclass: leading phonics (Normal cost $528 pp incl GST- if not part of the school package).
This course is aimed at practitioners trained in Sounds-Write who are leading phonics in their primary school. You will learn how best to maximise your influence and leadership in your setting. Find out more here.
1 PER SCHOOL
1 Free place on Sounds-Write’s masterclass: teaching phonics as an intervention (Normal cost $192.50 pp incl GST- if not part of the school package). This course is for practitioners trained in Sounds-Write who are using the programme in intervention settings with students who have mild to moderate difficulty with developing literacy skills at the same rate as their peers. All prices include GST. for the package inclusions if you are NOT registered and qualified to receive them FREE.
Face-to-face courses may incur additional charges to cover travel and other expenses, depending on the trainer and location. Your trainer will inform you of all costs before confirming your booking.
